NEEDED: REAL women with REAL bodies to Walk the Runway
I am styling and emceeing the fashion show for the upcoming A Celebration of Real Beauty at South Towne Expo Center. I need 10 women to model in this fashion, but I don't want professional models, I want amateurs, REAL women with REAL bodies.
Of course professional models are real women, but those with perfectly proportioned bodies are the minority in our society. Most of us, including myself, are perhaps a bit wider through the hips and thighs than our shoulders, or have a short, undefined waist or a larger or smaller bust, etc., we're REAL women and we are the majority of women; not to mention the life changes that a woman's body will go through during pregnancy and menopause. For 15 years this forgotten majority has been my focus as a professional wardrobe stylist and why I started Chic on a Shoestring.
So my model call out is for women of all shapes and sizes and all ages and colors...no experience needed. Simply fill out the form below and provide the details and a full-body photo. Each model will be styled by myself with hair and make-up by professional stylists as well.

"In 2012 Clinton Kelly (What Not to Wear) and I styled a fashion show for the opening of Macy's at City Creek. While I loved working with Clinton, the fashion show for A Celebration of REAL Beauty is an event that touches my heart. I love to help women to find their personal best through clothes!
These REAL women models went from timid on the first day to strutting their stuff as their confidence grew. On the day of the show, they walked the runway with poise and power. I thoroughly enjoyed working with these women." Did you miss out on $430
